Read them regularly and within weeks one will surely stumble upon some commercial property that suits their budget and requirements. There are also a number of property websites that specializes in commercial real estate. Websites have this added advantage of search engines that helps the users to search for properties using keywords or narrow down their search by filtering specific criteria.
Another effective but mostly overlooked method is to take one’s car and go for a drive through the areas where they would like to have their commercial property investment. Look for sale signs all along the way. Properties that have been in the market for a while will be harder to find in the newspapers. Also, some owenrs prefer to sell their properties in private. Roaming around in the streets in one’s own vehicle will help to spot these two categories of sellers. It can be a bit tedious but in a scenario where supply is less than demand, one got to take his/her chances in every possible way.
